The food is very good! Customer service is decent. But its hard to get someone on the phone when you call and sometimes their cups do not appear to be that clean. May they need new cups because these have been around for a long time and maybe a new dishwasher.

It was fun. A bit awkward 2 get n2 the parking lot. But lots of parking. Lots of seating inside. A fair amount of food selections. Many desserts and ice cream. Great 4 families and groups. I tried many of the items some not so good while others like the steamed corn, baked fish, mashed potatoes 2 name just a few, really were great. I would go back. We enjoyed it. Lots and lots of people, customers. Even as we were leaving. Very nice. Most comers were nicely dressed, not dresses up but cut jeans, heels, nice tops with jean jackets. Nice!

Good food lots of choices... Some of the waitresses are rude... There are not alot of colored people working there. The language barrier was a bit difficult to understand. The cashier seemed inpatient, even though the line was long we were seated fast. The food was fresh and that made up for everything else.

I liked this place more last year. The salad bar is always great. There's a chocolate fountain and a cotton candy station. The only part that isn't appealing is the sticky tongs and cold meat. They have heat lamps over the food and its still cold. Maybe it seems like I'm expecting too much from a buffet, but damn straight, I don't want to spend my hard-earned dollar on cold roast. It was hard and I had issues cutting it. Oh..my favorite....fried okra! It was cold and soggy, some so greasy and rubbery I thought it was out all day. Why was so much of the hot food cold? If you go, I suggest going when its hit and you need a cold lunch.

Food and table service excellent. However, I called on Memorial Day to listen to the menu of the prices. I listen three times carefully. There was no mention of a price change on Memorial Day due to it being a holiday. So I specifically went at 2 p.m. to take advantage of the senior special of $10.99 with drink included. When I got there, surprise surprise; it was regular price due to it being a holiday. Spoke with the manager and all he was able to tell me, but it's on the website. My argument is if you're not going to give the complete prices on the phone then tell people to refer to the website. So I got stuck paying the regular price of a $15.49 for the senior on a holiday. There it is. Atmosphere was cool. Only crowded because HOLIDAY. Bye.
